BROCKENHURST HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY

The Brockenhurst Horticultural Association 1903 - 2012 is an organisation of like minded people with an interest in plants and gardens.
There are officers and a committee to which any member may be elected. They organise the programme for the year and visits to gardens both in this country and overseas.
Most months there is an evening or afternoon meeting with an illustrated talk or a workshop on various gardening subjects.
Throughout the year the association holds competitions -- Most attractive spring garden -- -- Best vegetable allotment -- -- The spring show -- -- The summer show -- All of which are well attended
We would like to invite you to become a member and support a pleasant village activity.
The spring and summer shows contain entries for flowers , flower arrangements, vegetables, fruit, cooking, and an active junior section.
So anyone who enjoys a particular activity and is enthusiastic for pottering in the garden or allotment is included, the year also encompasses plant sales
We like to think that membership adds to the value and pleasure of living in the village community.
